Who we are
This website is run by Oh Wes Marketing, a web design business serving clients remotely. If you have any question about your information, email hello@ohwesmarketing.com.
What we collect
Contact form: your name, email address, the service you’re interested in and, if you choose, your current website address.
Booking calendar: when you book a call through Cal.com, Cal.com collects the details you enter (such as your name, email and any notes) and shares them with us so we can hold the call.
Phone and email: if you call or email us, we receive your number or email address and what you tell us.
Technical data: our host records basic technical information, such as IP addresses and browser type, to keep the site secure and working.
How we use it
We use your information only to reply to you, hold the call you booked, prepare a quote and, if you hire us, deliver the work. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
Services we use
Netlify hosts this website and stores contact form submissions.
Cal.com runs our booking calendar. Its own privacy policy applies to information you enter there.
Meta Pixel: we use the Meta Pixel to measure which of our Facebook and Instagram ads lead to visits, booking clicks, calls and enquiries. It uses cookies or similar technology to tell Meta that a visit or one of these actions happened on this site. You can control ad personalisation in your Meta account settings (Settings & privacy → Ad preferences) and block cookies in your browser settings. We will update this policy if we add any other analytics or advertising tool.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to 24 months so we can follow up and keep a record of our conversations, then delete them. If you become a client, we keep project records for as long as we need them for the work, accounting and legal reasons.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing hello@ohwesmarketing.com. We’ll respond within 30 days.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
