About these terms

These terms apply to your use of this website, run by Oh Wes Marketing. By using the site, you agree to them. If you hire us, the signed project agreement covers the work itself and takes priority over these terms.

Using this website

You may browse and share this site for personal or business purposes. Please don’t copy our designs, text or concept sites for your own commercial use, or try to disrupt or misuse the site.

Concept sites

The Northbeam Builders, Brightway Cleaning Co. and Coastline Car Rental sites shown on this website are fictional businesses we designed as examples. They are not real companies, and their forms do not send any information.

Quotes and prices

Prices shown on this site are starting prices in US dollars. Your final price is the fixed quote we give you in writing after your free call. A quote is valid for 30 days unless it says otherwise. Work begins once the project agreement is signed and the deposit is paid.

Founding client offer

The founding client offer gives 40% off our standard package prices to our first 6 clients who sign a project agreement. In return, you agree to give an honest testimonial and allow us to share your project and results as a case study after launch. We will never ask you to say anything that isn’t true. The offer ends when all 6 spots are taken, and the counter on this site shows how many remain. The discount applies to the package price only, not to care plans or third-party costs such as domains or paid plugins.

Design guarantee

If you’re not happy with the design direction after the first round, we’ll revise it until you are or refund your deposit. Once you approve the design direction, the guarantee is complete and the project continues under the project agreement.

Ownership

When your project is paid in full, you own your website’s design, content and domain. We may show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to (founding clients agree to a case study, as described above).

Limits of our responsibility

We work hard to keep this site accurate and available, but we provide it “as is”. We aren’t responsible for losses caused by using this site or by third-party services linked from it. Nothing on this site guarantees specific search rankings, traffic or sales results.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of The Bahamas.
